Iron Studios introduces the new Jurassic Park Icons collection, a line of miniature statues presented on stylized bases featuring the iconic franchise logo. Despite their compact size, these pieces maintain the same high level of anatomical accuracy, sculpted detail, and hand painted finish found in Iron Studios’ larger scale releases. Designed for collectors who want to expand their display without requiring large amounts of space, this series offers an accessible format in both size and cost while preserving the brand’s signature quality and craftsmanship. Each piece is created to capture the essence of the prehistoric creatures and moments that defined the legendary film franchise. One of the first entries in the collection is the Dilophosaurus, recreated in a striking pose as it prepares to attack. With its frilled neck expanded and a menacing hiss, it warns of its lethal presence. Capable of spitting a toxic tar like venom aimed at blinding its prey, this predator was responsible for the demise of Dennis Nedry in Jurassic Park. In the wild, Dilophosaurus hunted in packs during its youth, with only the dominant individual permitted to strike the final blow. Originally from the early Jurassic period, the species was recreated by InGen using incomplete genetic material and supplemented with Golden dart frog DNA to fill the gaps, resulting in unexpected and dangerous traits not found in the original animal. This collectible statue brings the Dilophosaurus to life as part of the Jurassic Park Icons series, showcasing the creature’s unforgettable design in a compact yet highly detailed format. Key features: Part of the Jurassic Park Icons miniature statue collection Inspired by the Dilophosaurus from Jurassic Park Stylized display base featuring franchise logo Highly detailed sculpt with realistic anatomy Hand painted finish with premium quality detailing Compact size designed for easy display and collection Based on the iconic predator seen in the original film Dimensions approximately 9 cm height, 7 cm width, 12.5 cm depth
